Pet care in 3 easy steps!
Unfortunately, I am no longer accepting new clients as my schedule is full at the moment.
I am looking forward to being introduced to you and your pet. To simplify the process I’ve put together a pet sitting contract that you can download which allows me to better understand your particular needs. Please fill in the form as completely as possible and email it back to me so I can better discuss your pets care with you when we meet. There is no need to sign the pet sitting contract at this time as it can be done when we meet. If you’re a returning client I thank you in advance for trusting me with your pets again and you’ll only need to send me an email with the dates you’d like me to sit so we can verify that I’m available on the days you need. Also for returning pet parents there is no need to fill out the pet sitting contract again unless something has changed in your circumstances such as new pets, address, vet change, etc. The Pet Sitting Contract has input fields so you can download, fill it out with Adobe Acrobat, then email it to me at your convenience (info@smiley-pet-pensacola.com). Alternately you can always print it and give it to me when we meet.

After I receive your filled out pet sitting contract I’ll call you to schedule a convenient time for us to meet at your home and get introduced to your pets (this consultation is free). I’m honored that you’re considering my services and I will give your pet and home the utmost respect while you are away. I take watching your pet and home very seriously and understand that being in your home and caring for your pet is a very personal thing. I pride myself on conducting my interactions with you, your pet, and home with the utmost discretion and integrity. During our initial meeting it is important that we establish a good feeling for one another and if you feel uncomfortable with me or I feel uncomfortable with the situation I will be happy to recommend another pet sitter in town.
If everything feels right then it’s simply signing the contract agreement and handing over a set of keys. I can pick up keys at a later time but as there is an extra trip involved it will incur an extra charge (how keys are handled is explained in detail in the pet sitting contract)
Visits typically last 30 minutes and can happen many times per day if needed. Visits are conducted between the hours of 5:30am to 8:00pm. If you would like your pet to have more hands on love through the day I’m happy to stay longer (if interested ask me about extending my stay when we meet). Currently I don’t do overnights but I am happy to refer you to someone that may be able to help you.
$18 first visit
$35 for 2 visits on the same day
$50 for 3 visits on the same day
All visits include: dog walking, cat petting, feed and water, medication administration, clean litter box, record notes about your pet, water plants, rotate lights, retrieve mail and paper, cell phone text with pictures, and update on your pets. A full list of options is available in the pet sitting contract.
We accept cash, venmo, check, credit and debit cards. Please make checks payable to Cognito.
